It is English the whole way
This booking is ours, and every screen in it — payer, service, the available times, the confirmation and the message you receive afterwards — is in English. It used to hand you over to a Danish-only practice system at the last step. It no longer does.
You will be asked for a phone number or an email address, and you will get a short code to type back. That is so your appointment is attached to you and not to a name that happens to be spelled the same way. Nothing else is asked of you before the first session.
If our calendar is closed for maintenance, the screen will say so and offer you the phone, an email, and the old Danish system. Writing to kontakt@psykologerne.as or calling +45 28 18 10 90 also works at any time — we will put the time in the calendar for you, and it costs you nothing extra.
